Once character store ships your package, we are not responsible for delays
for any reason while it is in shipping transit.

* Custom-made costumes such as mascot costumes may
require additional time to be assembled. Please refer to the product page
for specific shipping information regarding the product.

Why does Character Store
sometimes split orders?
We will sometimes split your order into multiple
packages to provide you with the most efficient service. If this occurs,
please be assured that your entire order will still arrive within the
timeframe we estimated, and at no additional cost to you.

Due to their unusual size or weight, some items
require the following special handling:

is based solely on the extra charges levied by the shipping carrier to transport
these items. If a special handling fee applies, it will be noted on the
