We offer a huge selection of costumes and theme-based apparel - from popular kids costumes and cute baby costumes, to costumes for adults and teens.

How to Start Shopping:

At Character Store, there's no need to create an account before you start shopping. Simply browse through our wide selection of costumes and accessories and add items you like to your shopping cart.

To add an item to your shopping cart, simply click the gray order button below each item's description. The item will then be placed in your cart.

You may continue shopping by clicking on the Keep Shopping link at the lower left of your order page. Or, if you are done shopping, you may proceed to checkout by clicking on the blue checkout button.

Finding a Costume:

Browse through our costume categories or costume themes on the left side of Character Store homepage. You may also enter the name of a character, show, movie, toy or other keyword in our search box on the upper right of the homepage. If we have the item you are looking for, a list of possible matches will appear below. If we do not carry the costume you want, our search engine will return a message that says: "Sorry, no matches were found."

Using Your Shopping Cart:

Once you have found an item that you like, simply click the "Order" button as described above.

When you have finished shopping, click the Shopping Cart icon on the upper right portion of the menu bar (It's a small green circle with a white cart inside).

If you want to buy more than one of any given item in your Shopping Cart, change the quantity by typing a number in the "Qty." box. Then, click on the "Update Qty." button at the bottom right of your Shopping Cart list.

To delete an item from your Shopping Cart, click the "Remove" button below the name of the item at the left of your shopping cart list.

Checking Out:

Review the items in your Shopping Cart, making sure you have all the costumes and quantities desired. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your Shopping Cart, click on the blue Check Out button at the lower right of the shopping cart list.

Shipping Information:

Simply fill in all the required info in the same way you would when ordering from any other e-commerce site and then choose a shipping option. If the item you ordered is in stock, you can expect them to be shipped within 48 hours after placing your order. If the item has to be back-ordered, you can expect your order to be shipped within 2 weeks (as long as that item is still available)

If items in your order have varying availabilities, you will receive an e-mail from us giving you two options.

You may wait until you entire order is ready for shipping and have it delivered in one shipment. Or, you will be asked if you would like to split up your items so that the ones available now ship first. This option involves additional per-shipment fees.
