| First locate the product you want
by entering a keyword in the search box, by clicking a category
on top navigation bar, or by clicking a theme on your left-hand
corner. |

| Character Store's servers use industry-standard
security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an
advanced encryption technology. This technology safeguards
your personal information and guarantees privacy.

| How
do I purchase gifts? |
|
|
| You can use Character Store to
ship gifts directly to your loved ones! During the checkout
process, simply indicate where you'd like your items sent.
We'll even gift-wrap the order and give you the opportunity
to include a personalized message on a gift card. Your beautifully
wrapped gift can arrive at your recipient's door in as little
as two days! |
| Does
Character Store charge sales tax? |

| State laws require a Washington-based
business (such as Character Store) to collect sales tax on orders
shipped to Washington addresses. In our case, the amount of
sales tax collected is based on the tax rate for the City
of Commerce, Washington. We are currently not required to
collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other
states. |
| Using
the Shopping Cart |
|

| Using the Shopping Cart
is easy. Once you have found an item that interests you, simply
click the "Order" button. This button can be found on any item's
detail page, to the right of the price information. When you
have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the
Shopping Cart icon on your top-right hand corner. If you wish
to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your
Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty." box. Be sure
to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping
Cart items to confirm any changes. If you wish to delete an
item in your Shopping Cart, click the "ok" button under the
delete column that appears to the extreme right of any item
in your Shopping Cart. Click the Back To Shopping button if
you have more items you wish to buy. |

to Checkout |

| Take a moment to review all of the
items you' ve placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready
to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart", click
the "checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of
the order form. |
| Entering
a Shipping Address |
|
|
| Tell us where you would like to
ship your order. We are now working on gift-wrap and basket
section for your convenience. When available, please let us
know if any of the items are to be gifts. You'll be given a
chance to order gift-wrap, basket and add a note. |
| Selecting
a Shipping Method |
|
|
| Consider how quickly you would
like to receive your order and choose a shipping method. You
can estimate total delivery time by adding the shipping time
for the method you choose to the availability time of the item.
If we have the item you have ordered in stock, you can expect
the items to be shipped within 24 hours after placing your order.
If the item has to be ordered from the licensees or/and manufacturers,
you can expect your order to be shipped within 2 weeks as long
as available. If several items
in your order have varying availabilities, you will either
receive an e-mail and/or be given the choice of waiting to
ship until your entire order (including not-yet-published
items) is ready or shipping items as they become available.
This second option involves additional per-shipment fees.
Please note that if you choose to wait until your entire order
is ready, we may still send your items in separate boxes,
which will not affect your shipping charge. |

| Let us know how you would like to
pay for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard,
Visa, or a check, money order, or cashier's check denominated
in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. All orders must be
prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number
without spaces or dashes. |

and Submit Your Order |

| Check the accuracy all
of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.
When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit
your order. Once you've placed your order, you'll reach a page
that reads "We've received your order. Thank you for shopping
at characterstore.com!" We will then send you an e-mail message
confirming your order. We will send you another e-mail message
at the time of shipment. |
| Tracking
Your Order |

| Your tracking url will be included
in your order confirmation Email. Simply click the url. It will
prompt to your order status page. You may also email
us. |
